Dear Neighbors,
Kids are out of school and Mother Nature has skipped Spring and gone straight to summer this year. With all the rain we have experienced, the center islands look lush and full. Greenbrae is in bloom.
You have also noticed more FOR SALE signs in your neighborhood. With record setting interest rates and reduced home prices, qualified buyers are stepping up. So far this year, there have been 25 homes sold compared to 16 at the same time last year when the economy was in a stall.
In your mailbox you received our Annual Greenbrae Property Owners Association Report for 2010 and request for dues contribution. Remember that it is your neighbors who operate this 100% volunteer organization and that every penny goes towards maintaining and improving Greenbrae. Please give generously.
This mailer also included the 2010 Greenbrae Clean-up Coupon which entitles the user to dispose of 2.5 cubic yards of debris at Marin Resource Recovery Center. The valid days are August 21, 22, 28, 29; September 4, 5, 11 and 12. Time to spring clean!
