Welcome to 2010! For reasons too long to list, I think everyone has their own motivations for wanting to turn the page on 2009 and begin again this year.
With all the news of our financial and credit crisis, Greenbrae held it's own in residential real estate sales for 2009 with 43 single family homes selling compared to 34 homes sold in 2008.
I have mailed to Greenbrae residents my annual STATE OF THE MARKET that will provide you an overview of home sales in Marin and Greenbrae comparing results from the past 6 years.
